The reception staff were great, so polite, friendly and offered help with taxis and directions The breakfast room was spotlessly clean and the trays of food were kept filled up, excellent selection of food. The cleaning staff also friendly and very efficient Loved having a microwave to heat water etc The safe was super easy to use Loved the bed, lots of pillows. Bath sheet was a great size

Centrally situated and quiet position. Our room was overlooking the street with double glazing. Clean and comfortable apartment room. Front reception staff were amazingly helpful; nothing was too much trouble for them. Daily housekeeping. Breakfast was buffet style; good range of good quality food. Menu was fairly varied. WIFI was mostly good though little slow in the evenings.

The location was great. The Gray Line city bus tour (which we wanted to take) had its offices just round the corner. And there was a super steak restaurant (Santos Manjares) just two blocks down the road. The room was excellent. Above all, reception were MOST helpful and enabled us to get out of a dire situation with a faulty booking for a very to Colonia.

The hotel's location is very convenient. The staff was very accommodating. After staying at the hotel for four days we were going to visit Iguazu Falls. They were more than happy to hold our extra luggage. Every day they were arranging taxi for us for sightseeing.

Super helpful staff at the reception accommodating everything we asked for regarding our trip. Many many thanks! Interestingly smart room service - fixing the things better than if it was you:) Great breakfast. Excellent location. Felt safe and strategically near to everything we wanted to see and do. Comfortable big room with cozy design. Clean.
